I know what it is like to try and stick to a healthy eating plan while on call. It is easy for you to lose control of your eating.

After 15 years of delivering babies in the middle of the night, I have a lot of experience with the specific challenges of being on call regularly.

I've helped hundreds of people as an Obesity Medicine Physician and Life Coach. The tips given in this training are the same tips and tools I use with clients to take control of eating during stressful times. They can be used not only for work, but for any anticipated stressful time.
