My drives to & from the hospital used to be my "figuring out my weight" time.
I was desperate to lose weight and I was trying HARD to figure out why I was still eating food that I knew wouldn't help me reach my goals.
What I know now is that I was actually putting too much effort into my weight loss (yes - you read that right - TOO much.)
